Roll Up Metal Pilates Pole 152 cm (60″)

The 60″ Metal Pilates Pole increases scapular stabilisation and aids alignment during Pilates exercises performed on the Reformer, Ladder Barrel, or during Pilates matwork. It also aids balance when performing standing exercises on Pilates reformers, particularly if you have longer legs. With the additional weight — due to its iron construction compared to a wooden pole, this makes exercises more challenging by increasing resistance. Also available in the 32″ version,  plus lighter wooden 60″ and 32″ versions.
